Pre-Kindergarten
Please use this checklist to help walk you through the application process.
You will need to complete the following forms:
* Student Application [download]
* Statement of Agreement [download]
* Emergency Information [download]
* Permission Granted [download]
Enclose the following with your application and forms:
$150 non-refundable Student Application fee
Copy of applicant's Immunization record
Copy of applicant's most recent Report Card
Additional Information:
** When all application materials and forms have arrived, and if student space is available, an interview with the Administrator will be scheduled. Applicants for Grades 7-12 are expected to accompany parents to this interview.
** Upon acceptance, a non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $75 is due.
** A family Contract will be generated. Please complete and return the signed Contract within ten (10) days of the date the Contract was prepared. Doing this will officially enroll the student at FCCS for the 2010/2011 school year.
